It is true and it is me

I spent one year in London, supposedly a not sex please city.

This is the place where I first used Grindr.

This is the place where I first went to a gay sauna.

This is the place where I first cruised in a gay bar.

This is the place where I first cruised naked in a gay bar.

This is the place where I first had sex in a gym.

I’m happily engaged, not British, and I took notes of everything that happened to me.

  1. Hi mate, I discovered your blog last night and have been reading it with interest and pleasure. Are you still in London? You sound like you’re Italian (I’m Italian, have lived in the UK for the last 10 years). I have always been a rather promiscuous gay man, but for the last year I have been in a committed relationship, so there’s been less promiscuity in my recent life. Not sure why I’m writing to you or why you should care. Cheerio!

    • Hi mate, I don’t know why you wrote to me, but that was so cool. It is the first comment they I get, so..thanks for this 🙂
Less promiscuity means still some promiscuity even if you are in a relationship, doesn’t it? If you wanna share any thought, I’d read it with pleasure.

  2. Hi,

I stumbled onto your blog last night. Couldn’t stop reading. I’m very similar with similar experiences over the years, I just wish I’d written it all down. I loved the observation that gay life can be a loop rather than a linear progress; I’ve got a couple of white couch experiences. When I’m London next fingers crossed Grindr gifts me a chance with you. X

  3. Hi , great read. Enjoy your posts. Makes you look deeper into people surrounding us lives. Used to read a similar blog about a guy in NY
Do you still live in London?

  4. Your stories are awesome man. I’m in my late 30s and am with a boyfiriend for the first time after always being in straight relationships. Reading your stories about London which is my town too, is very exciting.

  5. You have an interesting blog. I enjoy reading about your escapades and your writing style as well. So descriptive! I can’t help but think how sexy you must be, especially with the discrete comments about yourself! Looking forward to more…

  6. Haha, I loved your blog post about Vault 139. What a crazy place! I couldn’t believe how quickly everything happened down there (I’ve just been once). Hopefully I’ll run into you one day. 😉

  7. I loved your tales which resonated with my gay hookups over the years, many at the same saunas and web sites. One time I arranged to meet a Japanese guy off gaydar (no face pic) at his hotel in London’s West End. I waited for over half an hour in lobby and he was late. Eventually a Japanese guy cane out of the lift and we caught each other’s eye. he was cute but I couldn’t really understand his English and it didn’t help he had a speech defect. But we went up to his room and he tenderly fucked me, it was lovely. As I left his room I suggested we carry on chatting via Gaydar as he was going back to Japan the next day. That’s when he told me he didn’t use gaydar and in fact it was a completely different guy!

  8. Hi – have gone through your blog in the last few days, a really good read. As a bisexual man coming up to his 40th birthday, it did take me back to more “wild” times (for want of a better word). After some years in a relationship came to an end 12 months ago, I sometimes wonder if I’ll slip back into the Grindr routine, but the strange times we live in prevent any exploring. So it goes! All the same, your articles reminded me of some regrets of what I didn’t try in the past.
